QMap, teaming up with Telepass and Infoblu, brought smart mobility services to Genoa, the final stop of one of the world’s most exclusive sporting competitions: the Ocean Race.
With its approximately 32,000 nautical miles of sailing, the famous around-the-world regatta reaches its final finish line in the beautiful Ligurian capital.
To best welcome the many enthusiasts of this extraordinary event, the city organized several initiatives, including a comprehensive smart mobility service.
On the official Ocean Race website, in the section dedicated to the Grand Finale, an interactive map is available, allowing users to consult real-time information on city traffic conditions and event organization.
Among the available features: parking areas (some of which can be booked via Telepass), routes dedicated to the event, and car-sharing and bike-sharing services.
